Bahan:
250 ml susu segar
2 butir telur ayam
50 gr mentega, lelehkan
3 sdm gula pasir
100 tepung terigu
10 gr cokelat bubuk
1 sdt baking powder
½ sdt soda kue
75 gr chocolate chips
Pelengkap:
Susu kental manis cokelat
Keju cheddar parut
Cara membuat:
1. Untuk Adonan : Aduk tepung terigu, gula pasir, baking powder,
soda kue, cokelat bubuk hingga rata dalam mangkuk.
2. Buat lubang ditengahnya, lalu tuangkan telur , diaduk
3. Masukkan mentega, masukkan susu, aduk hingga halus
4. Panaskan wajan dadar, olesi mentega
5. Tuang tiap 1 sdm sayur adonan dalam wajan. Masak hingga
berlubang-lubang halus. Taburi chocolate chips. Masak hingga
matang. Angkat.
6. Tuangkan sedikit susu kental manis cokelat taburi keju cheddar
parut. Siap disajikan.
Tips tambahan:
- Jika ingin pancake polos, jumlah cokelat bubuk bisa dihilangkan atau
diganti dengan tepung terigu.
- Sebagai variasi bisa ditambahkan potongan pisang atau kismis bisa juga coklat.

Puding Cake Chocolate
Bahan cake:
6 kuning telur
3 putih telur
80 g gula pasir
50 g tepung terigu
25 g coklat bubuk
1/2 sdt baking powder
75 g margarin, lelehkan
Bahan sirup (aduk rata:(
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdm air hangat
2 sdm rhum
Bahan I:
250 ml susu cair
15 g coklat bubuk
2 sdt agar-agar bubuk
60 g gula pasir
2 putih telur
1/8 sdt garam
Bahan II:
300 ml air
1/2 sdt agar-agar bubuk
1/8 sdt jeli instan bubuk
50 g gula pasir
15 g coklat bubuk
100 g coklat masak, potong-potong
Cara membuat:
1. Cake: Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga mengembang. Tambahkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Masukkan margarin cair, aduk perlahan. Tuang ke dalam loyang bulat 24 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan dialas kertas roti. Oven dengan suhu 190 derajat Celcius selama 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat cake, buang bagian kulitnya. Masukkan kembali ke dalam loyang bulat 22 cm yang dialas plastik. Siram dengan bahan sirup. Sisihkan.
2. Bahan I: Campur agar-agar bubuk, 30 gram gula pasir, coklat bubuk, dan susu cair. Masak dengan api kecil hingga mendidih. Angkat, biarkan hangat. Kocok putih telur dan garam hingga setengah mengembang. Tambahkan sisa gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok hingga mengembang. Tuang rebusan puding sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok dengan kecepatan rendah. Tuang ke atas cake. Biarkan beku.
3. Bahan II: Campurlah agar-agar bubuk, jeli instan bubuk, gula pasir, coklat bubuk, dan air. Masak dengan api yang kecil sehingga mendidih. Tambahkan potongan coklat masak. lalu aduk hingga larut. kemudia tuang perlahan ke atas bahan I. lalu dinginkan.
4. Keluarkan dari loyang, potong sesuai selera, sajikan.

750 talas kimpul, cuci bersih
100 gr kelapa mangkal, parut kasar
150 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt kayu manis
1/4 sdt garam
Bilah bambu dan daun pisang secukupnya
CARA MEMBUAT
1. Potong-potong talas, kukus hingga matang.
Angkat dan haluskan selagi panas, sisihkan.
Campur singkong halus ddengan kelapa parut, gula pasir, kayu manis, dan garam.
Aduk rata.
2. Ambil 2 sdm adonan talas, lalu bentuk menjadi bola-bola.
Pipihkan perlahan, lalu tusuk dengan bilah bambu.
3. Panggang di atas wajan tebal yang dipanaskan hingga permukaan kue agak kecoklatan.
Bungkus tangkai bilah bambu dengan daun pisang, sajikan.
* Untuk 10-12 tusuk
